My Approach to Helping

Luke's mission is to empower others to overcome their struggles, become who they truly wish to be, and live a deeply fulfilling life. He firmly believes that all people have the capacity to heal, change, and grow. Asking for help takes immense courage, and he feels it is a true honor to walk alongside you on your journey.

Luke Hollingshead is a compassionate and honest companion for those seeking help. He entered the behavioral health field with a mission to alleviate unnecessary suffering and empower individuals to reclaim their lives. Luke's diverse experiences have allowed him to work with a wide range of populations. These include counseling adolescents in the local community, supporting young men with felonies as they reenter the workforce, helping individuals stabilize and recover after experiencing homelessness, and living in-house with youth aging out of the foster care system to assist in their transition to adulthood.

Luke Hollingshead holds a Master of Arts in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Adams State University and a Bachelor of Science in Behavioral Health Science from Grand Canyon University. As a National Certified Counselor (NCC), he employs a variety of therapeutic approaches tailored to each client's needs, including Person-Centered Therapy, Existential Therapy, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), and Gestalt Therapy.

Luke is dedicated to helping you navigate life's challenges and uncover your inner strengths. He strives to create a safe, supportive environment where healing, growth, and thriving can take place. Luke Hollingshead is here to guide you toward a life of resilience, authenticity, and fulfillment.
