My Approach to Helping
I returned to school at 37 after a career in entertainment across Sydney, New York, and LA. I earned my BA in Psychology with a Theatre minor from UCLA and my Doctorate in Clinical Psychology from Pepperdine. I’ve worked in community clinics, the LGBT Center in LA, and dual diagnosis treatment centers, facilitating 4,000+ psychodrama groups in IOP, PHP, and residential settings. Most recently, I spent two years at an adolescent residential treatment center providing individual therapy, family therapy, and parent coaching. I integrate experiential, mindfulness, and action-based methods to help clients access emotions, deepen self-awareness, and express themselves authentically in a supportive, transformative space.
