My name is Lyndz Simpson-Reblin and I am a licensed professional counselor. I have worked both in an inpatient psychiatric crisis setting and outpatient and private practice settings. I utilize evidenced-based practices and tools to assist my clients in obtaining the help that they need.
During therapy, I utilize a variety of theoretical approaches such as cognitive behavioral therapy, eye movement desensitization and reprocessing (EMDR), humanistic, trauma-informed care approach, sand tray therapy, play therapy, and interpersonal therapy.
