My Approach to Helping

I believe in a holistic and layered approach to therapy that is challenging, comfortable, and rewarding. I always incorporate psychoeducation in my work to provide self-awareness, leading to confidence and control to achieve goals and sustain improvement. Furthermore, I believe in collaborative rapport so we can effectively tease apart concerns to foster awareness, generating confidence and clear perspectives about how to approach and mitigate the dynamics that trigger stress and cause problems. I genuinely enjoy the professional relationship and follow up with clients on their skills and outcomes throughout the week, because this is where the change happens!

I am Licensed Clinical Mental Health Counselor and a Licensed Addiction Specialist. Furthermore, I have successfully completed certification trainings in mood disorders, depression, anxiety, trauma, insomnia, grief, and addiction. I use theoretical approaches that are empirically proven to work, setting goals that are measurable toward improved wellness. I work out of a small boutique style setting that is private and exclusively for my clients wanting a peaceful, aesthetic, and serene environment. I offer walk talk therapy on a treadmill on site, individual counseling in traditional room setting. Outside of my space, I offer retreats for wellness, and help clients cultivate new practices into their lives that stimulate self-efficacy, confidence, and positive change.
