My Approach to Helping

Working with me, you’ll find a partner in your journey toward personal goals. I aim to make therapy accessible and approachable, avoiding clinical jargon that might feel confusing. I draw from humor and my own experiences to connect on a human level and understand the challenges you face. Therapy can sometimes feel distant or clinical, but I strive to create a genuine, trusting relationship where you feel truly heard and supported. Together, we’ll work through challenges in a way that feels real, down-to-earth, and deeply personal. I want you to feel comfortable, understood, and empowered to navigate your journey at your own pace.

More Info About My Practice

As a Jewish woman and licensed social worker, I strive to bring the same openness, empowerment, and resilience to my personal life as I do to my practice. My experiences range from working with children and families at a summer camp to supporting older adults in Manhattan facing the challenges of aging, isolation, and shifts in identity. Having been part of various Jewish communities, I bring warmth and support to those seeking to find their place—whatever community that may be. My commitment is to create a space where each person can show up authentically, meeting them where they are in their journey.
