My Approach to Helping
Welcome :)! I am so glad you found my page. Seeking therapy can be scary, and I am here to make the process a little less daunting.
My approach is warm, genuine, supportive, honest, and open. I aim to create a collaborative and non-judgmental space where we can work together to help you reach your goals. Through our sessions, I strive to help you gain insight into your problems and enhance your resilience to reach your goals, using evidence-based treatment such as DBT. It is so important to me that you feel therapy is useful, and I will strive to make an individualized treatment that fits your wants and needs.
Often it can be difficult to get a therapist on the phone and I understand that. My goal is to support you the best way that I can. That may mean that we are a match for therapy and start working together, or I may be able to send you in a direction that is going to support you the best. Regardless, I promise a quick response!
