My Approach to Helping
I’m glad you’re here! If you’ve come across my page, chances are you’re feeling stuck in some part of your life. I work with adults, teens, and pre-teens to cope with change, communicate needs in relationships, and develop skills to manage stress at work or school.
Clients, including culturally diverse racialized communities, come to me for support with anxiety, anger, depression, and attention-deficit hyperactivity (ADHD). I teach practical tools through acceptance and commitment therapy (ACT), cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), and solution-focused brief therapy (SFBT), so clients can feel unburdened and work toward wellness.
