My specialty lies in emotion and acceptance-based therapy which will allow you to understand and embrace the different parts of yourself—those aspects that may have been suppressed, ignored, or misunderstood. By combining mindfulness techniques, psychoanalytic work, and behavioral strategies, we will work collaboratively toward your unique therapy goals.

With over 10 years of experience in the medical field, I bring a deep understanding of the interconnectedness between mental well-being, physical health, emotional stability, and overall quality of life. My therapeutic style rests on a holistic framework, allowing us to collaboratively develop a more comprehensive level of care.
