My Approach to Helping
Many people experience anxiety, depression, and low self-esteem. People often feel they have no one to trust or no one who can understand. The impact of this emotional suffering can make daily life painful. It can put a strain on relationships with relationships, family, friends, coworkers, peers, etc. I specialize in working with individuals who are experiencing these difficulties with daily experiences and I've found that there are similar challenges that we all face while trying to navigate life. I help people to identify and understand their thoughts and feelings, and then identify actions they can take to improve relationships.
I have an eclectic approach which encompasses an examination of past relationships (caregivers, family, friends, partners) with the practical approach of finding usable solutions to improve daily life.
People need a place where they can get an objective point of view. They need healthy tools to confront challenges, so they can ultimately be confident and connected to their loved ones and understand themselves. I engage individuals in a way that allows for sharing thoughts and feelings, while respectfully challenging unhealthy beliefs.
