Hi, I'm Maria, a Registered Psychotherapist who is passionate about helping people navigate life's challenges with compassion and understanding. Develop mindfulness: You'll learn to observe your thoughts and emotions without judgment, increasing your self-awareness and creating space for choice.
Identify your values: We'll discover what truly matters to you and use these values as a compass to guide you toward a more fulfilling life.
Take committed action: You'll learn to move forward in a way that's consistent with your values, even when faced with difficult thoughts and emotions.
