My Approach to Helping
I have been a psychotherapist for over 10 years. I work with individuals, couples, and families, working on processing and resolving issues. I tend to use a Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) approach to therapy in order to work with each client to create a specific plan, set achievable goals, and identify coping skills and tools needed to move forward in a positive and healthy way. Treatment is individualized to meet the needs and goals of the client. My goal as a therapist is to help, support, and motivate people. We work together as a team to help you during this difficult time. I feel that my job is to first listen, and then work with you to figure out the best way to move forward.
