I founded my practice, "Colliance Wellness" to help individuals and couples heal, grow and succeed in life. At Colliance we believe in the transformative power of connection and a collaborative space where our clients feel safe, supported, and challenged to integrate all levels of self--mind, body, spirit. Hence in my practice, I strive to establish an authentic connection that is built on trust and understanding. I am an integrative practitioner and my clinical work is informed by the eastern tradition of mindfulness as well as my training and experience in psychoanalytic, cognitive, and behavioral modalities. I will walk with you on your journey towards wellness and success.
