My Approach to Helping
I am a licensed mental health clinician who uses a compassionate and authentic style to provide clients with a space where they can feel safe and comfortable as they work towards their preferred life. I have experience working with young to older adults facing depression, anxiety, chronic or terminal illness, grief and loss, addiction, relationship issues, and life transitions. Every client has their own story and unique needs. I take a non-judgmental and strength-based therapeutic approach using a variety of treatment modalities.
