In my work with clients, I draw from powerful therapeutic approaches like EMDR, CBT & IFS-informed therapy to help you gain insight, heal deep wounds, & reshape negative thought patterns. I believe therapy is a space for serious growth, but that doesn’t mean it has to be all serious. Humor & warmth are essential parts of the process as well!

Had a Negative Therapy Experience?
You are certainly not alone! There are so many therapists and approaches that sometimes it is hard to find a good fit. Or perhaps you worked with a therapist who did not practice ethically or kept you in treatment longer than necessary.
