I integrate various therapeutic techniques like DBT, ACT, somatic therapy, and mindfulness through a trauma-informed lens to help you gently untangle the complex layers of your experience. Our "Mental Health and Movement" group is a 6-week program specifically designed for women seeking a holistic approach to mental well-being. Each 1.5-hour session blends meaningful discussions on mental health topics with psychoeducation, offering valuable insights and tools for managing your emotional well-being. We complement these discussions with restorative yoga and meditation practices, allowing you to connect deeply with your body and mind. This group provides a safe and nurturing space where you can explore your mental health, learn new coping strategies, and rejuvenate through mindful movement. Whether you're dealing with stress, anxiety, or simply looking to enhance your mental and physical well-being, this program offers a supportive community and practical techniques to help you thrive. Group Therapy is in- person in Toronto at Thrive Hive Studio in Old Weston Village, Toronto, Ontario.
