My Approach to Helping

There are so many reasons why people seek therapy. It could be life transitions, anxiety, depression, divorce…blended families or tough teenagers. Sometimes people all along their way in life lose their identity and are seeking to find the best version of themselves. Overall, most people are looking for a space to process and make meaning of life experiences, behaviors and reactivity. Whatever your reason for seeking therapy, good for you for having the courage to take the first step. In my practice, I look to make the process of finding a therapist as comfortable as possible. My overall goal is to help people find someone that feels right for them because I honor the relationship that is experienced between client and therapist.
