My Approach to Helping
Marni Ledwitz, I’ve been licensed since 1997, promoted through community mental health, to in and outpatient treatment facilities for impaired (addicted) physicians, before opening my Private practice. Providing career aptitude batteries and mediation for college kids and C-level team building, showed me that peak performance training can help anyone at any stage. I provide teletherapy to Georgia and soon Florida individuals, couples and families. After getting to know each other, I’ll see which therapeutic approach would work best for you. Then we'll explore Brief solution focused therapy or other approaches if you have longer term goals. Some of my therapeutic approaches are Dialectical Behavioral Therapy, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy and Positive Psychology. My personal approach is to make our journey as interesting and fun as possible. Improving the quality of your life is an exciting process. I’m here to provide you with a safe, non judgmental space, to get your best self back in the saddle.
I also work with young adults navigating life or vocational transitions. empty nesters and people juggling their aging parents and their children's needs (sandwich generation). These situations can create stress, anxiety, depression or lack of self actualization. We’ll build your skills and confidence to help steer you though these transitions with greater peace of mind. Is lighthearted, supportive, personable and direct. I want you to feel comfortable talking to me about anything. I’ve been acknowledged for helping people find new, creative and effective ways of dealing with issues that had been keeping them stuck.
Started as a kid who always wanted to help everyone and their pets! Even when life stressors transitioned me from my Private practice many years ago, I continued bringing individuals, families and opposing parties together in their new Real estate Chapters. I've enjoyed helping others at an even deeper level again through the supportive and encouraging therapeutic relationship. Are to exhale and feel relieved that you’re taking the first important steps to change what’s not working in your life. I’ll help you put the pieces and goals in place to make the life changes you want. We'll break them down into bite size pieces to see how good accomplishing even small changes can feel. My goal is to help you experience more joy in your life and in your relationships again.
