My Approach to Helping
Are you feeling anxious, depressed, or weighed down by grief? Maybe you’re coping with a traumatic experience or struggling to find purpose after a life transition. You don’t have to face these challenges alone. You deserve a compassionate space where your feelings are validated and practical solutions take shape.
I work with adults of all ages, drawing on my experience in community mental health since 2014. My focus is on anxiety, depression, trauma, and grief and loss. Together, we’ll tailor a plan that respects your unique journey, builds on your strengths, and empowers you to heal.
I hold a Master’s degree in social work and a Master’s degree in Gerontology—both from the University of Southern California (USC). Through these lenses, I bring a holistic understanding of the mind-body connection, life transitions, and the importance of meaningful support. If you’re ready to take a step toward growth and hope, I invite you to reach out.
