I want to help you feel better.
Feeling anxious, drained, or overwhelmed? Are you struggling with work, home life, or your relationships; including the one you have with yourself? Maybe you are noticing your sleep or eating habits are impacted by how you feel? Anxiety, depression, trauma, and many other issues can impact our ability to function in our day to day lives.
I take my cues from you and what you bring to the sessions to address your concerns. We work together to develop helpful strategies to respond to, manage, and diminish the distress. I utilize multiple evidence-based practices in my work. I am a strength based and compassion focused therapist who looks to bring real word solutions to my clients. We work together in individual telehealth sessions that can be done from the comfort of your own home.
I am a master’s level psychologist with 17 years of experience working with individuals struggling with anxiety, depression, and stress. I also have extensive experience working with trauma survivors. In addition, I work well with individuals experiencing disordered eating, life transitions, loss, and relationship concerns.
