My Approach to Helping
Healing is a Journey. Whether you feel anxious, depressed, lost, shattered by a life event or relationship, I commend you for the courage that led you here. I believe the battlefield for becoming who we were made to be is found in the mind. When we learn how to use our minds, we can awaken change, freedom, and growth in us and those we encounter.
Life is not meant to be free of stress, loss, grief, or sadness, but you don't have to walk through it alone. The key to success is understanding the connection and impact of significant events, relationships, and situations. I strive to make room for the struggle in an effort to help produce growth and understanding from within.
I offer an integrative approach to create or increase the calm in your mind. I have an authentic curiosity about the mind-body connection that keeps me constantly learning how to help.
