My Approach to Helping
I tend to help my clients live the life they seek for themselves. A life full of happiness, health, and well-being as an individual. I have a client-centered approach to helping, where a client will let me know what or where in life they feel they need the most help. I tend to approach my therapy as if I am helping a client find themselves and get unstuck in life and able to move forward. I believe we all need help from time to time and I enjoy helping my clients be the best they can be in whatever circumstance life has given them.

Clients can expect to work on their goals at their pace. I like to meet my clients where they are at. I create a non-judgmental free space to feel welcomed and validated during the session. I use Evidence-based Practices and a Client Centered approach.
