My Approach to Helping
I strive to create a therapeutic safe place in which you feel supported, accepted, valued, and empowered. As an introvert and a therapist of faith, I am comfortable sharing the therapy space with you by using empathy, unbiased feedback, and offering a listening ear. I am down to earth and willing to work with all clients to find resiliency and empowerment to create positive changes in their lives.
More Info About My Practice
In our everyday journey, we can face situations that may feel overwhelming, scary, or disappointing. These situations can lead to unhelpful thinking patterns, negative feelings, unhealthy life patterns, pain, anxiety, and depression. If any of this resonates with you, then feel free to reach out to me and we can work through this together! I am a licensed professional counselor (LPC) in Georgia and I work from a client-centered and eclectic or integrative lens to provide personal and unique treatment to each individual. I work with a wide array of clients; from survivors of trauma, those struggling with anxiety and depression, experiencing obsessive or compulsive thoughts and behaviors, to those experiencing life transitions and stress. I have received experience in a variety of clinical settings including college student mental health clinics, geriatric living facilities, and private practice clinics seeing adolescents and adults.
