I am passionate about supporting the LGBTQIA+ community, mental health advocacy, and suicide prevention. My background includes years of volunteering at my local SPCA, where I developed a strong sense of compassion and care that extends into my therapy practice.
I stand for social justice, equality, and breaking down the stigma surrounding mental health. I believe in the importance of giving back to the community and regularly engage in initiatives focused on mental wellness and health education.
