My Approach to Helping

I became a therapist because I’ve always believed in the power of connection and healing through understanding. My goal is to help you feel truly heard and supported as we work together to navigate whatever challenges you’re facing. Whether you're struggling with anxiety, depression, or relationship issues, I’m here to guide you toward finding clarity and strength. Together, we’ll create a plan that empowers you to overcome obstacles and build the life you want. I’m committed to helping you grow, heal, and find balance in a safe and compassionate space.

More Info About My Practice

As a therapist, I’m deeply committed to creating an inclusive, compassionate space for all. I believe in the power of empathy, active listening, and genuine human connection to foster healing and growth. I am passionate about supporting the LGBTQIA+ community, mental health advocacy, and suicide prevention. My background includes years of volunteering at my local SPCA, where I developed a strong sense of compassion and care that extends into my therapy practice.

I stand for social justice, equality, and breaking down the stigma surrounding mental health. I believe in the importance of giving back to the community and regularly engage in initiatives focused on mental wellness and health education. Whether I’m advocating for youth, volunteering, or working directly with clients, my goal is to create a supportive, non-judgmental environment where individuals feel safe to explore their challenges and pursue their goals.
