My Approach to Helping
My approach to therapy is collaborative, non-judgemental, and pragmatic. I believe that all problems are interpersonal relationships problems and that each one us has a choice in how we interact with others and the world around us. My goal in therapy is to help you understand what is currently out of alignment in your life and, together, create an actionable plan to get you on track. We will discuss the relationships in your life and, most importantly, the one with yourself.
