My Approach to Helping

My approach is caring and compassionate, while offering guidance to help people move forward with their goals. I am warm, supportive and direct. I work with women, men and couples. Another important aspect of my approach is to help people cultivate self-compassion while addressing personal stumbling blocks. As human beings, we all have things to learn and ways in which we can grow; therapy can be an effective way to rise above old patterns of reactivity and live life more fully.

More Info About My Practice

Online therapy may be a great choice for you and I am happy to explain how it works. Please feel free to contact me with your questions about individual or couples counseling, online therapy, or any other aspects of therapy that you may be wondering about. The best outcomes of psychotherapy result from a good therapist-client relationship, so I understand that you may wish to know more about me or my way of working. Please visit my website and if you like what you see, give me a call or send me an email.

Specific Issue(s) I'm Skilled at Helping With

I receive ongoing specialized training to work with couples, which is one of my greatest passions. Couples therapy can be challenging and yet it can offer amazing rewards as the couple revitalizes and rekindles their friendship and passion. Couples can learn to talk and listen to each other without fighting. They can learn to respect differences as well as create a feeling of connection with each other. In this way, each partner has the opportunity to grow as they actively transform their relationship.
