My Approach to Helping
Life transitions fast. Therapy can be a time to slow down, reflect, change, and verbalize frustration or fear, while embracing growth and wellness. I work with clients who are overwhelmed by life experiences, choices, and demands. I collaborate with clients to set obtainable goals, improve emotional regulation, and develop sustainable coping mechanisms for holistic wellness.
I work from a holistic perspective, valuing wellness of mind, body, and spirit. I am also Level One EMDR trained (Eye Movement Desensitization Reprocessing)
