My Approach to Helping

Hi there, and welcome! I’m Megan, and my practice helps individuals who feel restrained in their self-expression, struggle with insecurity, and face relationship challenges to reconnect with their favorite selves and live with more purpose and fulfillment. I blend humanistic, narrative, and cognitive behavioral therapy to help you break free from limiting beliefs, rewrite your story, and take real steps toward whatever freedom and liberation mean to you.

My approach is an extension of who I am - creative, compassionate, inquisitive, and never shying away from jokes and laughter when the time is right! I don’t believe that therapy needs to feel stuffy and impersonal; I bring my whole self to the table and encourage you to do the same - in fact, I believe this is where the magic happens.

If you\'re ready to break free from harmful patterns, learn to be your own biggest supporter, and build a life you\'re proud of, I\'d be honored to support you in your efforts.

Groups I Work With

I work primarily with adults, adolescents, and couples. In working with individuals, I primarily work with individuals struggling with self-doubt, relationship issues, breakups, self-esteem issues, self-expression, dissatisfaction with life, feelings of shame, life transitions, self-care, perfectionism, depression, and anxiety to discover their favorite selves, manage symptoms, triggers, and uncomfortable feelings, and live with a deeper sense of purpose and fulfillment.
Using an integrative approach that combines humanistic, narrative, and cognitive behavioral therapy, I guide clients in unraveling limiting beliefs, crafting empowering self-narratives, and taking actionable steps toward authenticity and meaningful connections.

As a couples therapist, I’m passionate about helping partners truly understand one another, resolve conflicts, and create lasting, meaningful connections through emotionally focused couple's therapy. I provide a safe, compassionate space where honesty and openness are encouraged, while also bringing direct, no-nonsense guidance to help you move forward. Whether you're navigating recurring issues, struggling with communication, or simply wanting to deepen your relationship, I’m here to support you in fostering a deeper, more loving partnership.
