My Approach to Helping
In a world with so much information, making decisions, managing anxiety, and setting boundaries can be difficult. You might feel stuck trying to find a work, self, and relationship balance or struggling to connect with your partner or family in a meaningful way. Choosing therapy as a path to resolving these inner conflicts and relational stress can improve your overall happiness. By identifying your needs and building healthier relationships, you can learn to take concrete steps toward improving your life. My doctoral training and clinical experience have focused on medical family therapy, systemic issues, cultural and identity development, and trauma and loss. I also have extensive training and experience in helping families and individuals resolve conflicts, attachment wounds, and difficulties in relationships. My therapeutic style is direct, collaborative, and reflective, and it will help you learn to prioritize your values. My goal as your therapist is to support you as you uncover your identity and values to resolve inner conflict, relationship problems, and anxiety to live a more fulfilling and balanced life. I welcome you to reach out as we take your next steps together.
