My Approach to Helping
Good therapy happens in the space between the therapist and the client. Whether your path to self-discovery is well-traveled, or you are just beginning to look inward, I will meet you where you are. Together, we will create a safe, nurturing, yet challenging space in which to explore and effect change.
Whether you are facing a difficult decision, undergoing a life transition, or have experienced trauma or loss, I am here to help. I treat addiction, trauma, grief and loss, interpersonal relationships, LGBTQIA+ issues, depression, anxiety, psychological impacts of chronic health issues, and chronic pain. Additionally, I am an eye movement desensitization and reprocessing (EMDR) EMDRIA-approved therapist.
I utilize a collaborative approach with evidence-based methods tailored to the individual. Let’s find what works for you! Deciding to seek therapy is a courageous decision; I consider it a privilege to join you on your journey toward increased fulfillment and meaning.
