Feeling drained from constantly striving for perfection, working tirelessly, people pleasing, and being hyper- independent? I specialize in supporting individuals who are navigating these challenges, in addition to anxiety, depression, grief, self esteem, trauma, and relationship issues. Together, we can embark on a journey towards gaining more balance, cultivating self-compassion, and embracing authenticity.
