My Approach to Helping
Life can be messy and complicated at times. Seeking therapy is a courageous step. I enjoy helping people find empowerment and providing the supportive space of therapy as a way to gain greater self-confidence in taking on life’s challenges. I view mental health holistically and use evidence-based approaches to collaboratively work with clients to meet their therapeutic goals. I place value on individualizing treatment based on each person’s specific needs.
My therapeutic approach is strengths-based and integrative. This means the work happens through developing compassion for yourself, and your experiences. I focus on what you need most in the therapeutic process, your values, and your goals. You can find support here with whatever you may be struggling with.
My goal is to help you let go of what’s been holding you back from becoming the person you are meant to be, have healthier relationships, and live a life that is more aligned with your values. I’m accepting new clients in NY State. I can provide in-person sessions at my Rochester office as well as virtual sessions. I look forward to connecting!
