I’m passionate about supporting mental health awareness and volunteer with organizations focused on suicide prevention and emotional wellness. As an advocate, I work to reduce stigma and encourage open conversations on mental health. I also engage with my community through workshops on self-care and resilience. Outside of work, I enjoy quality time with my fiancé, exploring art projects, and practicing Pilates. I believe nurturing mental health is essential to well-being and aim to embody this in my life and practice. My goal is to empower clients to embrace their journeys, build resilience, and thrive.
