My Approach to Helping
The clients I work with come from all walks of life, each bringing their own unique set of experiences and needs. I love working with individuals and couples who are open to working as a team, enjoy a good sense of humor, and are open minded about the work we are doing together. I believe that all three of these components are important aspects of what makes our therapeutic relationship successful, so I ensure I bring them into every session and encourage my clients to do the same!
I work collaboratively with you to develop goals and strategies that align with your values and what matters to you most. I will provide you with new skills and tools for you to “try on” as we progress in our work together.
I value your unique experiences and perspectives and provide an environment where empathy and understanding thrive. Together, we will navigate your journey towards healing, growth, and balance. My favorite session is our very first meeting!
