My Approach to Helping
Often when an individual seeks counseling, they are in a vulnerable, difficult place in their lives. I understand how challenging this can be, and I strive to provide a safe, nonjudgmental environment for clients to explore their thoughts and feelings. I am trained in a variety of therapeutic modalities and take a holistic (mind, body, spirit) approach in therapy. I have experience helping clients who have experienced difficulty with anxiety, depression, stress, family of origin, relationship difficulties, grief, and substance abuse. I have worked in a variety of settings, with a variety of ages and ethnicities. I also had the opportunity to work in London, England, for five years. It would be an honor to empower and support you through this process.
