Hi, I''m Dr. Melissa Foley. I specialize in anger management and DBT and have a direct, yet empathetic approach. I provide real therapy for real people with therapy designed to identify goals and develop real strategies to overcome challenges and move forward in your life.
As mentioned, I am direct, yet empathetic. Accountability is important, but so is flexibility. We will laugh a lot at the absurdities in life and how we handle them. And then promptly figure out how to do better, be better.
