My Approach to Helping
“Daring greatly means the courage to be vulnerable. It means to show up and be seen. To ask for what you need. To talk about how you're feeling. To have the hard conversations” -Brene Brown. Does your life feel like it is starting to spiral out of control? Are you tired of fighting alone or feeling unheard or unseen? My passion lies in helping those that are motivated to seek help and change to improve their well-being, and open to putting in the work to enact that change. My specialties include attention-deficit hyperactivity (ADHD), stress, trauma, anxiety, depression, familial conflict, parenthood and women issues.
I work with children, adolescents and adults. I implement mindfulness and cognitive behavioral therapy to help address and challenge the defeating and unhelpful thoughts that have been holding you back in life and help you regain emotional regulation.
If you are in need of a safe, non-judgmental, empathetic space to speak about whatever is on your mind, please do not hesitate to reach out. I know how scary change and taking that first step can be and I will do whatever I can to help you feel at ease. I look forward to hearing from you! Please know you are not alone.
