My approach includes flexible and effective therapeutic techniques based in the AEDP model combined with insightful education to develop increase emotional comfort, clarity, and connectedness. For couples, I utilize emotionally focused therapy (EFT) to highlight the roots of persistent relationship difficulties and inspire lasting change.
I am ever mindful of the stigma that can accompany mental health concerns and personal struggles, and I strive to provide therapy from a stance of non-judgmental acceptance. Through hope and empowerment, as well as interventions customized to meet your personal goals, my aim is to create a collaborative partnership that results in satisfying progress.
