My Approach to Helping
I take an integrative approach to therapy, tailoring my methods to each client's unique needs. My practice draws from person-centered therapy, cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), acceptance and commitment therapy (ACT), existential and narrative therapy, psychodynamic therapy, and mindfulness-based techniques. I also incorporate multicultural and social justice frameworks to ensure a holistic and inclusive approach that acknowledges the diverse experiences and identities of my clients.
