My Approach to Helping
I believe the goal and reward of therapy is to be free of excessive emotional pain and distress, to better manage life's stressors, to feel greater peace, and to realize a more fulfilling and satisfying life. I see therapy as the process to help you clear the way to achieve your goals or dreams, and to enjoy more satisfying and meaningful relationships both with yourself and with others. My clients have described me as a warm and compassionate therapist, and I see our work as a collaborative journey towards self discovery and healing. My style is supportive, relational, insight-oriented, solution focused, and always respectful of your individual process. I use a variety of approaches and techniques tailored to your individual needs.
