My Approach to Helping
Currently accepting new virtual clients. My practice focuses on helping adults, families, and couples. With over 20 years of experience working with at-risk and distressed individuals and couples, I use multiple theoretical approaches because I do not believe one approach works for all needs. I work with individuals and couples needing help with various issues, including depression, anxiety, grief, behavioral or impulse control, life transitions, or communication breakdowns.
