I grew up in a large family and I learned at a young age what mental health issues looked like. I am the proud parent of two adult kids with bipolar disorder. I learned to ask for help and that was not easy. I know how hard it is to seek a place to feel safe and share your heart and heavy thoughts. I want to be that safe place. I believe in the process of therapy and being able to share that journey with you would be an honor.
