I am trained in a variety of empirically-based, therapeutic techniques (CBT, DBT, ACT, and many more). Although many of these therapeutic techniques are highly structured, I take an individualized approach to understand my clients, viewing each client as unique with personal life experiences belonging only to you.
As a clinical and forensic psychologist, I have experience working with people of all ages. I have worked with people experiencing mild problems to severe mental health and behavioral problems in outpatient and inpatient settings. I provide individual, family, couples, and group therapy.
