My Approach to Helping
I will work with you to identify what you are struggling with and to develop strategies and coping skills to help improve your sense of well-being. I use a combination of cognitive behavioral therapy, client centered therapy, and attachment theory to tailor a plan just for you and your needs. We can work together short or long term, whichever works best for you and your lifestyle. All of my sessions are through teletherapy which gives you the flexibility to have regular sessions from wherever you feel most comfortable.
With over 26 years of experience working with children, teens, parents, and adults in a variety of settings, I offer both short and long term teletherapy.
