My Approach to Helping

Are you looking to break free from suffering and overcome your reluctance to be your authentic self? I know how hard it can be to try to cope and be in the struggle alone.

I'm Molly. I'm a licensed professional counselor. I just opened a private practice after working in residential, outpatient and community mental health. I'm a trauma specialist, and I've seen a bit of everything and everyone. There is nothing you can bring into the therapy space that is too big or too scary for me to hold. I promise. I help clients navigate complex trauma and mental health challenges. My approach is integrative – tailored to your unique story and needs. We can walk together, grow together, and heal together.

I'm trained in two powerful modalities, Accelerated Experiential Dynamic Psychotherapy (AEDP) and Internal Family Systems (IFS), that help you grow the muscles of resilience and joy. My practice is attachment-based, incorporates mindfulness, and somatic techniques to help you befriend your nervous system. My aim is that you feel safe, and never alone. I have extensive experience supporting healing for LGBTQIA+, BIPOC, and disabled clients. I believe in therapy's power to transform lives and I'm passionate about helping you uncover your inner strength and resilience. Contact me today to schedule a consultation and begin your journey to a more fulfilling life.

More Info About My Practice

I believe that every human has the ability to heal and move from suffering towards flourishing. I struggled with my own mental health for a long time, and I know how impossible healing felt at various times. I know, firsthand, the impact that a competent and attuned therapist can have. I became a therapist having experienced both wonderful and harmful therapy. I wanted there to be one more deeply thoughtful, caring, empathic and attuned therapist in the world. I deeply hold that all people have the wired-in, innate capacity for healing. I am a queer, neurodivergent, chronically ill therapist.
