My Approach to Helping

I am cross-trained in EMDR and Brainspotting. While these modalities are most known for being highly effective with trauma, they also be used to treat a wide range of mental health issues, grief, loss, and life stressors. I also explore and celebrate neurodiversity with my clients and utilize the wisdom of the body and the nervous system for healing. My clients love that I provide a judgment-free zone and work to get to know them as an individual to create a strong relationship as the foundation of our work together.

I started my journey in mental health as a mobile therapist in Pennsylvania in 2003, where I provided individual and family therapy in the home, community and provided school based therapeutic services. I obtained a Masters of Science in School Psychology at Millersville University in Pennsylvania, and I have been a Nationally Certified School Psychologist (NCSP) since 2007. In 2016, I completed a rigorous certification in School Neuropsychology and received a Diplomate from the American Board of School Neuropsychology (ABSNP).
