My Approach to Helping
Hi there - I’m Molly, a compassionate and dedicated therapist with a deep gratitude for all of my clients who allow me to support them on their profound journey towards healing. I enjoy supporting individual adults working to unearth shame, heal from trauma, work through difficult relationships and codependency, and build up more self compassion amidst all of the hardships that life can throw our way. I also work with couples, families and parents in working through difficult dynamics at home to support a better connection. In our work together, it is crucial that we create a safe environment so that you can explore your authentic self and the parts of life that can seem impossible to work through. I am a somatically oriented therapist rooted in a humanistic, client centered and psychodynamic approach. I also pull from additional therapeutic approaches when appropriate, including Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT), Internal Family Systems (IFS), and sometimes Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT). It is such an honor to work with my clients to unlock their strengths and internal resources that can create powerful shifts. I am committed to helping you create lasting change in your life.
