My Approach to Helping

As a Licensed Professional Counselor, my approach to helping clients is grounded in empathy, collaboration, and evidence-based practices. I believe that every individual has inherent strengths and the capacity for growth, even when faced with challenges. My role is to create a safe, non-judgmental space where clients can explore their thoughts, feelings, and experiences.

I work from a client-centered perspective, tailoring therapeutic interventions to meet each person's unique needs, goals, and values. Drawing from modalities such as cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), solution-focused therapy, and mindfulness techniques, I empower clients to develop practical skills for managing stress, building resilience, and fostering healthy relationships.

Ultimately, my approach is holistic, considering not only the mental and emotional aspects of a client’s well-being but also their physical, social, and spiritual dimensions. I am committed to fostering a strong therapeutic alliance built on trust and respect, supporting clients in their journey toward healing, self-discovery, and personal growth.
