My Approach to Helping

These can be maladaptive responses of depression, anxiety, and trauma.
I am a trauma and attachment-focused therapist, trained in various trauma-informed modalities including EMDR, mindful strategies, and parts work. We will collaborate together to find strategies that help reduce your symptoms and work toward meeting your therapeutic goals.
