My Approach to Helping
If you’re feeling overwhelmed by anxiety, depression, or burnout, you’re not alone. These struggles can affect every part of your life, making it hard to stay present and connected with others. You might feel slower, more tired, or irritable without realizing that these are signs of a deeper mood condition. I offer a safe space where you can explore these feelings and begin to understand what’s really going on. You only need to be curious about your emotions to start the journey—together, we’ll work on the rest.
My approach is rooted in a strengths-based perspective, helping you recognize and build on your resilience. I often use CBT and trauma-informed practices to challenge disruptive thought patterns and develop new coping strategies. In today’s world, it’s easy to feel isolated and I’m here to help you reconnect with yourself and the world around you.
I bring years of experience working with survivors of domestic violence, as well as individuals and families navigating chronic illness, grief, and daily struggles. Whether you’re dealing with a specific challenge or just need a space to explore your feelings, I’m here to support you in finding balance and well-being.
