Life can be challenging and sometimes everywhere we turn we find hardships, isolation, misunderstanding, and frustration with multiple obstacles in our path and no solutions in sight. In my client-centered approach I focus on building trust while showing you unconditional acceptance and care. We will collaborate in partnership to increase insight, learn adaptive skills, and foster your growth so that you may make helpful healthy changes in your life. We will walk together on your mental health journey, away from pain and suffering towards healing and wellness.
My approach is eclectic as I fully appreciate your uniqueness, your lifestyle, history, culture, and worldview, and seek to tailor therapy to best suit your individuality.
